Back in the 1980's one of our original wholesale products were our handmade chocolate bars. These candy bars were made from a custom mold shaped like a seashell and distributed all over Central New York. The displays could be seen in convenience stores, gifts shops, bars, and even pizza parlors. One of the makers of these delectable chocolates was 2nd generation candy-maker, Rosina "Rose" Zingaro Fedrizzi (but we all called her Mima). As a tribute to her, we've reintroduced these handmade treats in the original 10 flavors and with a few new ones too.
