Longer than normal processing/shipping times means that we cannot guarantee any order at this time due to shipping issues with COVID. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Security and Safe ordering

When you proceed through the checkout, you enter the secure area of the website. The information entered by you will be encrypted (scrambled) and securely delivered to us.

We are doing all we can to provide a safe and secure environment in which to do Internet shopping, and so use a secure socket through which to safeguard your order.

Terms

Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email. We aim to process your order within 2-5 business days unless otherwise noted or requested.

Any pre-orders with future ship dates are considered "processed" once the manufacturing begins. No refunds are available for canceled orders with less than 30 days' notice.

We accept orders from throughout the world; delivery times provided are estimated. Please follow the tracking information provided to you for more information on your package while in transit.

Fresh fruit products are made-to-order. Please allow a full 24 hours before items may be picked up or delivered. Hand-delivery is only available during store hours and on days when the store is open. Please be sure to select a corresponding delivery date. Hand-delivery on fresh fruit products comes with an additional cost. If other items are also purchased with fruit, a separate shipping fee will be assessed.

Insurance is not included. If you want this, please make a note on your order.

We check and package your order to protect it during delivery as best we can, but on the rare occasion, parcels have been damaged in transit. All products are checked thoroughly before being shipped. If there is a concern for the safety of your order or if there is worry over melting while shipping, you may request ice packs to be included with your order, which may help keep the package temperature consistent while in transit. We are not responsible for the damaged or melted product, especially with molded chocolate items. If this happens, please go to your local shipping outlet and take the parcel, invoice, and full packaging with you and file a claim. You may also be able to file a claim on-line with FedEx, USPS, or UPS.

Department 56 and collectible pieces that are listed as "Display Units" are sold as-is and are not available for returns or refunds. All sales are final.

We are not responsible for broken, cracked, or melted Molded Chocolate Items. These items ship at the customer's own risk.

We will not ship packages containing chocolate Thursday-Sunday to keep your order from sitting anywhere over the weekend. All shipments will be sent out at the beginning of each week Monday-Wednesday.

Please note, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on goods that have been opened/used, broken or melted. Please contact us if there is a quality issue. Product may have to be returned for inspection and for a full refund. Please keep all shipping materials and product containers.

Any order being shipped to an individual's address other than their billing address may be contacted to confirm the order before shipment.

If we suspect any fraud or suspicious activity with any order we will attempt to contact the customer with 48 hours to confirm specific information. If we are unable to contact the customer within an alloted time frame, and normally before the close of that business day 3PM EST, we will cancel the order, refund the customer and send all the information to the credit card processor for further inquiries. This protocol is put in place to protect the credit card holder, in the off chance their information has been compromised, and to protect us from losing product or possible future charge-backs.

All of our products are manufactured, packaged, and displayed on shared machinery and fixtures with peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, dairy, soy, and cocoa. Although we clean and sterilize our equipment, cross-contamination is possible. Industry-standard is for all our labeling to include this allergy warning!

As of October 1, 2020 and in an effort to keep the cost of our products down, all credit card and PayPal transactions will be assessed a payment surcharge. This fee is paid directly to the credit card companies and allows us to keep our prices down.
