A sweet-and-salty tradition, named in honor of our legendary chip dipper, Manuel “Grandpa Herm” Fedrizzi. From the early 1980s through the 2000s, Herm was known for his lightning-fast dipping skills—often cranking out 40 lbs. of chocolate-covered potato chips in a single day. While Herm was busy at the chocolate pot, his wife, Rosina “Grandma Rose,” kept the operation humming—sorting chips, melting chocolate, and making sure every tray was just right.

Today, we pay tribute to Herm’s dedication (and his unstoppable sweet tooth) with this special assortment of our famous Chocolate Covered Potato Chips. Each container includes an irresistible mix of Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate, and Peanut-Butter Flavored Chocolate Chips.
