Manuel Fedrizzi "Grandpa Herm" was notorious for dipping our chocolate covered potato chips from the early 1980s into the 2000s. Regardless of the season, Herm's one goal was always to make at least 40 lbs. of chips within a single day, and for over 20 years, he was a proud supporter of his daughter, Susan, and the family business she ran.
Of course, Herm was the dipper, but Rosina Zingaro Fedrizzi "Grandma Rose" was the real worker, keeping the chips stocked, picking out the ones that were too small to dip, melting chocolate continuously, and moving trays around throughout the workday.
As a tribute, we've named our Assorted Chocolate Covered Potato Chips after Herm, who passed in 2016.
Each container has a mixture of Dark, Milk, Peanut-Butter Flavored, and White Chocolate Potato Chips.
